On my way home from work my 2011 Silverado began shaking and bucking and had no power. I drove to the dealership, arriving after normal service hours. The cashier in the showroom and another gentleman provided me with an envelope to write my information on and to place my keys in. By 8:00 AM the following morning, Chris had already gotten my truck into the shop (without an appointment). He called me soon afterward to tell me that they had determined what the problem was and assured me that it would be covered under the warranty. As usual it was an all around excellent service experience.
