I had a knocking/tapping with my 2011 Equinox. Made an appt tohave it checked. Brought it in and was advised by Chris (service rep) that car had only 2 qts. oil. I have my car regularry serviced by Scott Chev. and was told br Chris that after cylinder hd was removed, found zebra stripeson all cylinders, more on no. 2. Instead of repair Chris said engine would be replaced, car still under warranty. Chris and svc dept handled this problem very efficiently. The engine was ordered the same day(monday) and I had my car Friday of the same week. Very good and efficent quick turnaround time.
