It was very quick. Joe was extremely awesome and seem like a very busy and very job driving man. It was very frustrating at the end. Not only was the wrong car pulled off the lot but then the 1 we purchased was not detailed. There was also confusion about the warranty. When doing out looking at the car we were told the car came with an additional 1 yr 12,0000 mile warranty because it was gm certified. This was not told me to be different until we had signed all the papers and I honestly felt like we were being duped. I even talk to my wife about walking away from the car. What should have taken this maybe maybe 15 minutes 2 half hour but took almost 2 hours. I will say if Joe would not have been there last night and I would not have seen him run his ass off I would walk. And the guy who did our paperwork was as confused as they can possibly get. Having your guy taking your money for a 26000.00 vehicle and knowing there were already confusions he answered his phone for a personal call.

I had my seat heater fixed and a seal for my sunroof. Ted or 'Cadillac Ted' as I call him....actually picked up my car from my house and dropped off the rental so that I did not have to drop my car off at Scott's. He also dropped my car off when it was fixed at my house and picked up the rental. That means so much and saved me extra driving time. He was so pleasant and provided a great explaination of services that were done to my car. While my car was at Scott's, Ted called me daily to update me on the progress. On my way home from work my 2011 Silverado began shaking and bucking and had no power. I drove to the dealership, arriving after normal service hours. The cashier in the showroom and another gentleman provided me with an envelope to write my information on and to place my keys in. By 8:00 AM the following morning, Chris had already gotten my truck into the shop (without an appointment). He called me soon afterward to tell me that they had determined what the problem was and assured me that it would be covered under the warranty. As usual it was an all around excellent service experience.

I had a knocking/tapping with my 2011 Equinox. Made an appt tohave it checked. Brought it in and was advised by Chris (service rep) that car had only 2 qts. oil. I have my car regularry serviced by Scott Chev. and was told br Chris that after cylinder hd was removed, found zebra stripeson all cylinders, more on no. 2. Instead of repair Chris said engine would be replaced, car still under warranty. Chris and svc dept handled this problem very efficiently. The engine was ordered the same day(monday) and I had my car Friday of the same week. Very good and efficent quick turnaround time.
