I had my seat heater fixed and a seal for my sunroof. Ted or "Cadillac Ted" as I call him....actually picked up my car from my house and dropped off the rental so that I did not have to drop my car off at Scott\'s. He also dropped my car off when it was fixed at my house and picked up the rental. That means so much and saved me extra driving time. He was so pleasant and provided a great explaination of services that were done to my car. While my car was at Scott\'s, Ted called me daily to update me on the progress. I appreciate the GREAT customer service provided by Scott's Cadillac. I am always telling my family and friends about the exceptional customer service and always going out of their way to please the customer. Thanks!!
