Lehigh Valley and Allentown, Pennsylvania are going to be in full bloom this March during the Lehigh Valley Flower Show being held at the Allentown Fairgrounds March 10th – March 12th. This year’s theme is Gardens of the World and promises to be one of the most exciting themes the show has ever brought the residents of Lehigh Valley. So much work has gone into this exhibit, and it is sure to be one of the best shows in this event’s long history. Some of the areas top florists have worked hard to recreate the gardens of many nations as well as come together to help recreate a few of the natural habitats that are native to these countries.
Gardens of the World Display
There are a large number of countries that will be featured at the Lehigh Valley Flower Show in Allentown, Pennsylvania in March. Some of these countries include the United States, Brazil, Japan, Canada, Netherlands, Norway, United Kingdom, and France. This will give visitors the chance to see these gardens and get a sense of what it is like to live in these countries and experience something that they might not otherwise have the opportunity to experience.
The admission for this event will be one that is very affordable over the course of the three days. Tickets at the door for adults are $8 and are $7 if purchased in advance. Seniors 60+ will pay $7 at the door and $6 if purchased in advance. Children 12 and under are free admission. On Friday, it is “Senior day” where tickets are only $5 for Senior Citizens. This is a remarkable value for a family who is looking for an activity that they can all enjoy.
There will be ample parking for this event and will be close to the venue, so there will not be a need to do a lot of walking. If you want, there may be shuttles that will run to and from the event; this has yet to be determined as it will depend on the number of advance tickets that are sold.
